Charter

Although it has a different name, the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union has the same status as the treaties. Article 6, 1st paragraph, in the Treaty of the European Union (TEU) ends with 'shall have the same legal value as the Treaties'.

Full name is European commission. Propose and enforce legislation as well as implements policies and the EU budget. The Commission is the sole EU institution tabling laws for adoption by the Parliament and the Council.

The EU is a political organisation that deals with technical progress, economic and health issues. The IT'IS Foundation in Zurich brings together politics and industry to conduct research into ‘beneficial applications of electromagnetic (EM) energy and wireless communications’.  IT'IS is funded by small, midsize and global companies and the EU. 'The Foundation was established in 1999 through the initiative and support of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich, the global wireless communications industry, and several governmental agencies'.
